1. Company Information

Amber Drive is a trading name of DriveWise Marketing LLC. DriveWise Marketing LLC acts as an intermediary and booking agent, arranging vehicle rental and related mobility services through authorised independent vehicle suppliers and partners.
2. Services
Amber Drive arranges the following services:
- Luxury and supercar rentals
- Chauffeur-driven vehicles
- Vehicle delivery and collection
- Cross-border European rentals
- Lifestyle and mobility services
Vehicles are supplied by independent third-party operators approved by Amber Drive. DriveWise Marketing LLC does not typically own the vehicles offered unless explicitly stated.
3. Role as Intermediary
DriveWise Marketing LLC acts solely as a booking intermediary between the client and the vehicle supplier. The vehicle rental itself is fulfilled by an independent supplier operating under its own insurance, licences, and local regulatory requirements.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that:
- The supplying operator remains responsible for vehicle provision; and
- DriveWise Marketing LLC coordinates booking, payment processing, and customer support services.
4. Bookings & Contract Formation
A booking becomes confirmed once:
- Written confirmation is issued; and
- Required payment or deposit has been received.
Prior to delivery, the renter may be required to sign a separate Vehicle Rental Agreement issued by the supplying operator. Such agreement governs vehicle use during the rental period.
5. Payments
All payments are made to DriveWise Marketing LLC. Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
- Approved digital payment methods
Amber Drive reserves the right to cancel bookings where payment verification requirements are not satisfied.
6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle delivery. Deposit conditions are determined by the supplying operator and vehicle category.
The deposit may cover:
- Vehicle damage
- Excess mileage
- Missing fuel
- Traffic fines
- Late return
- Abnormal cleaning
- Administrative or recovery costs
Deposit release timing depends on supplier inspection and third-party confirmations.
7. Driver Requirements
Drivers must:
- Meet minimum age requirements (normally 21–30 depending on vehicle)
- Hold a valid driving licence for at least 12 months
- Provide identification documents upon request
- Receive approval before rental commencement
Only authorised drivers may operate the vehicle.
8. Vehicle Use
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Reckless or dangerous driving
- Racing or track use
- Off-road driving
- Sub-rental or commercial use
- Smoking inside vehicles
- Use by unauthorised drivers
Violation of any of the above may result in termination of the rental and full financial liability.
9. Delivery & Return
Vehicles are delivered according to agreed arrangements made with the supplying operator. The renter must return the vehicle:
- At the agreed time and location
- In comparable condition to delivery
- With the agreed fuel level
Late returns may incur additional rental charges. Fuel shortages may be charged at a fixed rate determined by the supplier.
10. Insurance & Liability
Vehicles include insurance provided by the supplying operator, subject to a deductible (excess). The renter’s liability may extend beyond the deposit where damage results from:
- Breach of agreement
- Negligence
- Illegal activity
- Misuse or reckless driving
DriveWise Marketing LLC accepts no liability for acts or omissions of independent suppliers except where required by law.
11. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply based on the notice period before the rental start date:

| 3 days or less / No-show | 100% |
No refunds apply after rental commencement or in the event of early termination.
12. Accidents & Breakdowns
In case of an accident or mechanical issue, the renter must:
- Notify local authorities where required
- Inform Amber Drive immediately
- Follow supplier instructions
Failure to report incidents may result in loss of insurance protection.
13. Fines & Penalties
The renter remains solely responsible for all:
- Traffic violations
- Toll charges
- Parking fines
- Legal penalties
Administrative handling fees may apply.
14. Limitation of Liability
DriveWise Marketing LLC shall not be liable for:
- Supplier cancellation or delay
- Mechanical failure
- Travel disruption
- Weather conditions
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Data Protection
Personal data is processed for booking administration, fraud prevention, operational management, and legal compliance in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably before legal proceedings are initiated.
17. Website Use
All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Amber Drive. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
18. Amendments
DriveWise Marketing LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking confirmation applies.
