Cancellation Fees

| 29 days or less | 30% |

| 7 days or less | 60% |
| 3 days or less / No-show | 100% |
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only where cancellation occurs prior to rental commencement according to the schedule above.
No refunds apply for:
- Early vehicle return
- Unused rental days
- Client schedule changes after rental start
Vehicle Availability
If a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen operational circumstances, Amber Drive may offer:
- Comparable replacement vehicle,
- Revised rental dates, or
- Refund where replacement cannot reasonably be arranged.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment provider or banking institution.
